It is the new first step to begin your Critical Chain journey.

The book is already a great success and has been translated into 12 languages in the 2 years since its first publication in English.

It was the opportunity to discuss the latest developments with Efrat : the adoption of this approach by many organizations large and small and give more recent examples both from Efrat’s experience (an example from a hospital environment) and from Marris Consulting's assignments in industry.
