Philip Marris, Managing Director of Marris Consulting, invited Efrat Goldratt-Ashlag, co-author of the book The Choice with her father Eliyahu Goldratt, and author of the book published in January 2023, Goldratt's Rules Of Flow, to share the genesis of her novel and some rules allowing significant results when applied.

Like the novel The Goal, Goldratt's Rules Of Flow is a business novel. It is the book that Eliyahu Goldratt did not have time to write to complete his thinking and the concepts presented in his book Critical Chain.

It is even a means of introducing differently the notions of flow into the projects environment in order to help everyone build their reasoning to improve project performance.

The concepts presented are completed by several examples, in particular drawn from the experience of Philip Marris in the implementation of Critical Chain Project Management:
