With this 3rd novel, E. Goldratt chooses to tackle project management and analyzes why traditional approaches to construction, management and program monitoring almost never allow completion on time, on budget and or with the complete initial specifications.
He proposes to introduce us to a new method that will have to be developed by students confronted with the different problems and drifts encountered on their respective projects.
Through this book, the author encourages everyone, resources, program manager or company management, to review their usual project management practices and tools as much as their behavior.
